Oh, the places that I go.

Manassas Train Station, Manassas, Virginia

Wanting to take the train in going back to New York, it’s very fortunate that I picked this station in Manassas over Union Station in Washington DC, which are just of the same distance from our place except that heavy traffic awaits in the path to DC. First, it’s not busy at all and second it’s location is very pleasant- clean and serene. I also loved the rural feel of the station and I am definitely going back there, not just the station but also to explore the area which is a great town for leisurely walks.

We always pass by this pub on our way home from my aunt’s work and I am just attracted to it. I don’t know but red-brick infrastructures really lure me in. (Plus the logo..and the lights) :)

I have not actually eaten yet in this diner but whenever I pass by this going home, I always take glance at it, perhaps because of the light-sabery projection of those lights. :)

I was early for my photography class. So I decided to roam around the school and took this. :) These school buses always catch my attention because in the Philippines, we do not have identical school “buses” (they’re more like vans), let alone free school transportation.

And so while I was taking a leisure walk around town, these popping headlights caught my attention. I thought it looked like a face. And voila! The reflection of the sun on the side of the car made for a dramatic effect, asif it was enjoying my taking its picture. Yes, very much a “Cars” movie moment for me. ;p

My first time to see snow! and snow footsteps…I often only see sand footsteps in the Philippines. :)
